Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 26 September that on this day Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 100 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 612p per share. He will hold 75 shares on behalf of his three children and will transfer 25 shares to his spouse.

Following the purchase of shares, Richard Hope is interested in 27,769 shares being 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
