Notification of Transaction of a Director
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified that Richard Hope, CFO, has transferred 58,189 ordinary shares of the Company, of which he is the sole beneficiary, to a nominee in the name of Iweb share dealing. This transaction, further details on which are set out below, does not affect Mr Hope's total holding or the number of shares in which he is beneficially interested.
