Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Treatt announces that the following Directors and PDMR were granted Share Options by the Company on 10 July 2014 under the Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE") andEmployee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), details of which are below:
The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The exercise price of options granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme is 138 pence per Share and the options are exercisable at the end of a three year saving plan.
The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated for US employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The exercise price of options granted under the ESPP is 147 pence per Share and the options are exercisable at the end of a one year saving plan.
