Telecom Plus PLC21 September 2005 Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company") Directors' shareholding The Company was notified on 20 September 2005, that on that date Jersey House(Developments) Limited, a company in which Mr Charles Wigoder has a controllinginterest, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on-marketat 134p per Ordinary Share. On the same date Mr Wigoder purchased 250,000Ordinary Shares at a market price of 134.02p per Ordinary Share. There is nochange to Mr Wigoder's beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares as aresult of this transaction.
