Blocklisting Application
Telecom Plus PLC (LSE:TEP) announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List.
The block admission relates to ordinary shares which may be allotted from time to time in accordance with the granting of awards under the Company's new Joint Share Ownership Plan (the "JSOP"), the establishment of which is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 March 2011. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that subject to shareholder approval of the JSOP, the blocklisting application will be granted on 31 March 2011.
