Personal change in the Board of Directors

The Supervisory Board of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. on December 20, 2013 acknowledged and accepted the resignation of Mr. František Schneider from the office of member of the Board of Directors of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. as of December 20, 2013.
