Tricorn, the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it has been notified that, following sales to 10 January 2011 of a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Joe Grimmond is now interested in 1,276,956 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.97 per cent. of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
