Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Roger Allsop, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today sold, in aggregate, 975,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 10 pence per share.
Following this sale, Mr Allsop has a notifiable beneficial interest in 16,847,857 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 34.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
