Grant of Options and Exercise of options

Grant of Options

Further to its announcement of 3 June 2011 regarding the appointment of David Leakey as Group Sales Director, the Company announces that Mr Leakey has been awarded options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Options"), pursuant to the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme"). Subject to the terms and conditions of the Scheme, the Options will vest after 3 months' continuous service and will be exercisable 12 months from the date of appointment. The Options have an exercise price of 30p per share.

Exercise of Options

Further to its announcement on 16 May 2011 regarding the retirement of Nick Silverthorne as a Director, the Company announces that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 350,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by Nick. The New Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares of 10p each and dealings are expected to commence in the New Ordinary Shares on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 9 June 2011.

Total Voting Rights

Immediately following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital shall comprise 32,520,000 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights (which number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules). The Company holds a further 875,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Treasury.
