Tricorn Group plc (AIM:TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that as detailed in the 2010 AGM Circular, the Group's Technical Director, Nick Silverthorne, will be retiring as a Director with effect from 31 May 2011.
Tricorn wishes to thank Nick Silverthorne for his many years of valuable service to the Group and as a Board Director. He will, however, continue to support the Group on a part-time basis in a consultancy capacity after retirement.
