Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 16 July 2018, Telit issued to Shiri Miller, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Telit 2015 Employee Share Plan (the "Plan"). On 16 January 2019, 10,000 of these RSUs automatically vested pursuant to the terms of the RSUs, and accordingly, on that date, beneficial ownership over these 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") transferred. To cover tax obligations arising on the vesting of the RSUs, 3,011 Ordinary Shares were immediately sold at an average price of 127 pence per share. Since the date of grant Shiri Miller has subsequently assumed the position of PDMR. Details of the dealings are disclosed below:
