Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 29 May 2012 that Oozi Cats, Chief Executive Officer of Telit, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Monday 28 May 2012 at a price of 51.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Cats owns 3,480,357 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 3.38% of the Company. In addition, Mr. Cats is interested in 15,600,000 shares owned by Boostt B.V., in which he holds a 50% interest and in 1,250,000 shares owned by parties holding the other 50% of Boostt. In total, Mr Cats is now interested in 20,330,357 shares, or 19.77% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
The issued share capital of Telit comprises 102,846,437 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
