Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 7 January 2012 by Steven Sherman, Non-Executive Director of Telit, that Sherman Capital Group, LLC, of which Mr Sherman is the managing member, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Friday 4 January at a price of 56.5 pence per share and acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares on Monday 7 January at a price of 57.1 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Sherman Capital Group owns 5,128,578 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.96% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
The issued share capital of Telit comprises 103,304,204 Ordinary Shares, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
