The following amendment has been made to the Transaction in Own Shares announcement released today at 13:59 under RNS No3326N.
In the first paragraph, the date that the Company purchased 80,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.75 per share, should read 9 June 2010 and not 8 June 2010 as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in own securities
The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 June 2010, the Company purchased 80,000 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.75 per share, such shares to be held in treasury.
The purchase represents 0.0685 per cent of the shares in issue. After the purchase there remain 116,821,581 shares in issue including the 7,149,673 ordinary shares now being held in treasury.
