31 December 2018- NAV Update
Terra Capital Plc, an AIM quoted investment company announces that the estimated net asset value ('NAV') per share on 31 December 2018 was US$1.047. This represents an increase in NAV of 0.20% over the prior month.
The Company is now operating as a realisation company. The calculation of the net asset value includes an estimate of liquidation costs and a provision for fees and expenses expected to be incurred in realising the assets.
The NAV per share figure as at 31 December 2018 is unaudited. The last quoted price per share on the London Stock Exchange as of January 15, 2018 is US$1.000.
