Dividend Currency Conversion Rate

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") today announces that the Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate that will apply to the 3Q 2025 quarterly dividend payment will be 3.6255, being the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia for the period of 12-16 January 2026 inclusive (5 days average).
