Changes to Board

The Board of Directors of TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that Maria Luisa Cicognani has stepped down as an Independent Non-Executive Director of TBC PLC and as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank") with immediate effect to pursue other professional opportunities. 

Arne Berggren, Chairman of the Board, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Maria Luisa for her contribution to the TBC Group and, in particular, her instrumental role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and her service on other committees during her four years as a member of the Board. We wish her the best in her future endeavours."

Further announcements concerning the appointment of a new Chair of the TBC PLC Remuneration Committee and a replacement Independent Non-Executive director will be released in due course.
