Dr Ajai Puri, Non-Executive Director of Tate & Lyle PLC, has been appointed to the board of IMI plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2021.
As announced on 30 December 2020, Dr Puri will retire from the Tate & Lyle PLC board on 31 March 2021 following nine years of service.
This disclosure is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
