Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') was informed that 1,742 ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') were released on 1 March 2024 to Tamsin Vine, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, in accordance with the Restricted Share Award that was granted to her on 11 November 2021. 819 shares were withheld to satisfy tax obligations arising on the release of the Shares. As a result, Ms. Vine acquired and retained a total of 923 Shares. For tax purposes, the market value of the Shares was 605 pence per Share. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
