Tasty PLC17 May 2007 The following replaces the issue of equity announcement released at 08.21 underRNS number 7612W. The Company has received informal commitments for all the NewShares and expects to announce the completion of the Placing, subject to thepassing of the resolutions at the Company's annual general meeting on 25 May2007 and upon admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM, by Friday 25 May2007. TASTY PLC ISSUE OF EQUITY Tasty plc ("Tasty" or "the Company") announces today that it intends to raise upto £3.0 million, before expenses, through a placing of 2,727,273 new ordinaryshares of 10 pence each ("New Shares") at a price of 110 pence per share (the"Placing Price") principally through existing investors ("the Placing"). ThePlacing Price represents a discount of 16.7 per cent to the closing middlemarket price of the Company on 23 April 2007 (being the date prior to thecommencement of the placing process) and a discount of 35.3 per cent to theclosing middle market price of the Company on 16 May 2007. (being the date priorto the release of this announcement). The New Shares will representapproximately 10.5 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. The Company has received informal commitments for all the New Shares and expectsto announce the completion of the Placing, subject to the passing of theresolutions at the Company's annual general meeting on 25 May 2007 and uponadmission of the New Shares to trading on AIM, by Friday 25 May 2007. ThePlacing will be non-underwritten.
