Appointment of director
Titanium Asset Management Corp.,Β theΒ multiproduct asset management company, is pleased to announce the appointment ofΒ Mr.Β Shy TalmonΒ asΒ aΒ director of the Company. Mr Talmon hasΒ been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd ("Clal Finance"), Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms ofΒ the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company toΒ AIM.
Mr Talmon,Β 51,Β was recently appointed theΒ CEO of of Clal InsuranceΒ Enterprises HoldingsΒ Ltd. FromΒ 2000Β toΒ 2008Β Mr Talmon worked atΒ Israel's biggest bank, Bank Hapoalim, where he was most recently its deputy CEO and head of itsΒ corporateΒ banking department. FromΒ 1995Β toΒ 1999, Mr Talmon worked at the Israel Finance Ministry.
