Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA support services group, announces that it has been notified that Hermitage Holdings (Wilmslow) Limited, a company controlled by Paul Hogarth, the Chief Executive Officer, has sold an aggregate 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each at a price of approximately £5.61 per share.
Following the above transaction Paul Hogarth remains beneficially interested in 9,136,663 shares, representing approximately 15.10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and remains the Group's largest shareholder.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
