Director Appointment

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA support services group is pleased

to announce the appointment of Philippa (Pippa) Hamnett as Independent Non-Executive Director.

Pippa brings extensive capital markets experience as a former senior investment banking and corporate finance professional. Her career to date has spanned investment banking, corporate finance and corporate broking roles at Merrill Lynch, Collins Stewart, Canaccord Genuity, and Zeus Capital. Specialising in IPOs and secondary equity raises, with a focus on Financial Institutions, Pippa has worked closely with executive boards, private equity owners, and advisory partners to advise, execute and communicate on corporate development and continuing obligations in the public markets. Most recently, she was Chief of Staff at a venture capital backed engineering spin-out from the University of Oxford. Pippa has a Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
