Appointment of director

Titanium Asset Management Corp., the multiproduct asset management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shy Talmon as a director of the Company. Mr Talmon has been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd ("Clal Finance"), Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company to AIM.

Mr Talmon, 51, was recently appointed the CEO of of Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. From 2000 to 2008 Mr Talmon worked at Israel's biggest bank, Bank Hapoalim, where he was most recently its deputy CEO and head of its corporate banking department. From 1995 to 1999, Mr Talmon worked at the Israel Finance Ministry.
