Appointment of director
TitaniumΒ Asset Management Corp.,Β theΒ multiproduct asset management company, is pleased to announce the appointment ofΒ Mr.Β Ron BravermanΒ asΒ aΒ director of the Company. Mr.Β BravermanΒ hasΒ been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd,Β Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms ofΒ the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company toΒ AIM.
From 1990 to 2002, Mr. Braverman, 46, held a number of senior positions at Citibank N.A. including heading its Financial Institutions Group for Central andΒ Eastern Europe,Β Middle East,Β Africa, andΒ South Asia. Since 2002, Mr. Braverman has been the Managing Member of Danover Capital, a privately held investment company, and he sits on the supervisory board of FIB Management AG. Mr. Braverman is a graduate of theΒ WhartonΒ School,Β UniversityΒ ofΒ Pennsylvania.
