Board of Directors Change

Milwaukee, WI, June 28, 2012 - Titanium Asset Management Corp. (AIM - TAM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Hanna David as a director of the Company. Mrs. David has been appointed by Clal Finance Ltd, Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company to AIM and replaces Tal Raz, whose term expired as of the most recent annual meeting.

From 1995 to 2010, Mrs. David, 38, worked for Ernst & Young in Israel and the USA before joining Clal Finance Ltd, where she is the current Chief Financial Officer. Ms David sits on the board of the Clal Finance affiliates Clal Finance Underwriting Ltd, Clal Finance Tahori Investment House Ltd and Clal Financie Batucha Brokerage Ltd.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
