Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, it transferred 7,527 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 November 2011 to a participant in its employee share option scheme, which were previously held in treasury.
The Company also announces that it purchased 4,722 Ordinary Shares at a price of 301 pence per share on 30 November 2011, which it intends to hold in treasury.
Following both the above transactions, the Company holds 657,195 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 12,479,253.
