Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that it proposes a final dividend of 3.5 pence per share (totalling £0.46m) in respect of the year ended 31 December 2015, up from 3.3 pence per share (totalling £0.42m) in 2014.
Subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, the final 2015 dividend (3.5 pence per share) will be paid on 11 May 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 1 April 2016, and the shares will become ex dividend on 31 March 2016.
