Distributable Reserves
The Company announces that it has delivered to Companies House its parent company unaudited interim accounts for the three month period ended 31 March 2016. These are not the consolidated Group accounts and do not give an indication of the performance of the Group. The only purpose in filing these accounts is to increase the distributable reserves of the parent company in order to provide additional headroom for share buybacks and dividends.
