Director / PDMR Shareholding
System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 13 December 2022 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by one of its Directors ("Shares").
Conrad Bona, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 26,407 Shares at a price of 148 pence per Share for 12,837 shares and the remaining 13,570 at the price of 140 pence per Share. Following the purchase, Conrad Bona now holds 26,407 Shares, representing 0.16% of the Company's total voting rights.
