156,873 ordinary shares of 1p each

5. The amount by which the scheme has been increased during the period:

500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each

6. Number of securities issued under the scheme during the period:

180,469 ordinary shares of 1p each

7. Balance under the scheme of securities not yet issued at the end of the period:

476,404 ordinary shares of 1p each

8. Number and class of securities originally admitted and the date of admission:

12,550,613 ordinary shares of 1p each on 5 December 2006

9. Number and class of securities in issue as at the date of this announcement:

The Company has 13,113,114 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.

Treasury Shares

On 22 April 2010, the Company bought back 650,000 shares in order to satisfy the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), which is in the process of being established. The Buy-Back Shares are initially being held in Treasury and will subsequently be transferred to the Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). Following the buy back the Company has 660,000 ordinary shares remaining in Treasury.

Total Voting Rights

As stated above, the Company currently holds 660,000 ordinary shares in Treasury and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 12,453,114.

The above figure of 12,453,114 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
