("BrainJuicer" and the "Company")
Substantial Shareholder Dealing
The Company was notified today, that Unilever UK Holdings Limited ("Unilever"), a substantial shareholder in the Company, sold 89,686 ordinary shares in the Company on the 20 January 2011 at a price of 223 pence per ordinary share.
In addition, the Company was also notified today that Unilever sold 11,900 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 December 2010 at a price of 210 pence per ordinary share.
Following the above transactions, Unilever now holds 1,678,957 ordinary shares equating to 13.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
