Director Appointment and Director Dealing

BrainJuicer (AIM: BJU), a leading international online market research agency, announced on 23rd April 2012 that Simon Godfrey, a non-executive director of the Company, intends to retire from the board of directors by the end of September 2012.

He has been reducing his shareholding as a result, and the Company updates that Simon has today disposed of 10,000 shares at 308.50p per share. Following the above transaction, Simon currently holds 14,298 shares representing 0.1% of the voting rights of the Company.

As a replacement for Simon, the Board is appointing Graham Blashill (aged 65) as a non-executive director with effect from 1st July 2012. Graham has had a long career in sales and marketing of fast moving consumer goods. He joined W.D.& H.O. Wills (a division of Imperial Tobacco) in 1968, holding a number of marketing and trading roles, and becoming Managing Director Imperial Tobacco UK in 1995. In 2003 he was Regional Director for Western Europe, and in 2005 appointed Group Sales and Marketing Director responsible for Imperial Tobacco's global trading operations in over 160 countries. He served as a main board director of Imperial Tobacco Group plc, a leading FTSE 100 company, for six years before retiring in 2011.
