Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which equates to approximately 3.8% of the current total issued share capital of the Company.
These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the BrainJuicer Group PLC Employee Share Option Scheme (the "Employee Option Scheme"). It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 10 May 2010.
The above application is in addition to the Company's previous block listing entitlement which currently has 56,317 Ordinary Shares remaining available for issue under the scheme.
