The Company has been notified that on 12 October 2010, Plastics Capital (Trustee) Limited purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Plastics Capital (Trustee) Limited now holds 921,655 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
