RE: AGM

It has come to the attention of the Company that, due to a printing error, certain of the documents sent to shareholders last week in relation to the Company's forthcoming AGM were incomplete. The incomplete documents are a letter to shareholders and the notice of annual general meeting. All other AGM related documents, namely the 2016 Report and Accounts, the form of proxy and the scrip dividend scheme booklet, were printed correctly. The Company intends to resend a full suite of AGM documentation to shareholders today.

All AGM related documents have been available, in full, on the Company's website (www.plastics capital.com) since Thursday 7 July.

The Company's AGM will still be held at 9.00am on Friday 29 July at the Company's offices, London Heliport, Bridges Court Road, London, SW11 3BE.
