Synergia Energy Limited ("Synergia" or the "Company"), announces the following update regarding its Cambay PSC (WI: 50%), onshore India.

Selan Exploration Technology Limited ("Selan") have contracted a 50-Tonne workover rig with Aakash Exploration to undertake three workovers, commencing with a workover on the C-64 well. The civil works on the C-64 wellsite have been delayed by monsoon conditions but the workover operation which involves the installation of a sucker rod pump ("SRP") is scheduled for July 2025. The C-64 well has historically been an intermittent oil producer and the installation of the SRP is anticipated to provide an enhanced and consistent production level.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR") and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
