Director's Declaration
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), Plastics Capital announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
Andrew Walker, Non-Executive Director, has confirmed to the Company that Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC, a company of which he is a director, was placed into administration on 30 October 2012.
Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
