Director shareholding

The Company confirms that Faisal Rahmatallah, Executive Chairman, today informed the Company that 42,000 ordinary shares were transferred at a price of 82.5 pence each into his SIPP from Nicolino Assets Holdings, a company in which he may be deemed to have an interest. Following this transaction, the shareholding attributable to Mr Rahmatallah remains 2,675,895, representing 9.72 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
