Director's Declaration

Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), the Company announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Andrew Walker, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that Brintons Limited, a company of which he is a director, was placed into administration on 2 September 2011.

Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
