Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company was notified on 6 July 2023 of three separate transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of SYME, namely:
- Albert Ganyushin acquired a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.00002 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.00114 each;
- Alexandra Galligan acquired a total of 2,493,333 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.001155 each; and
- Amy Benning acquired a total of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.001138 each,
details of which are set out below and disclosed in in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of Regulation 2014/596/EU, which is part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland pursuant to the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (SI 2019/310).
