PDMR/PCA Shareholding
Supply@Me has been notified by Mr Dominic White, its Non-Executive Chairman, that as settlement for his costs relating to the SYME listing, he has transferred to certain third parties and also disposed of a total of 295,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 0.495 pence per share,. Following this disposal, he will continue to own a significant shareholding in SYME totalling 5,170,723,449 ordinary shares through IWEP Ltd (of which he is the ultimate beneficiary owner) and in his own name, representing 19.53 per cent. of SYME's issued share capital. Mr White remains a committed investor and director of the Company, recognising the market opportunity for SYME to become the leading international inventory funding platform.
