Director Dealing
The Company was notified today that on 11 July 2016, 472,193 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred to Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer, for nil consideration through inheritance.
Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier is beneficially interested in 23,424,510 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
