Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that on 6 December 2022 and 7 December 2022, VJM Investments Limited, a company in which the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Phil Higgins, has a beneficial interest, purchased in aggregate 32,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 108.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
On 7 December 2022, Mr Phil Higgins, CEO, simultaneously sold 36,745 Ordinary Shares and these Ordinary Shares were equally purchased by ISA accounts controlled by Phil Higgins (18,372 Ordinary Share purchase) and Mrs Lauren Higgins (18,372 Ordinary Share purchase), a person closely related to Phil Higgins, CEO.
Following these purchases by an investment vehicle of which Mr. Higgins has a beneficial interest, Mr Higgins is now beneficially interested in 2,439,349 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.2 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
