SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("SERVICEPOWER" OR THE "Company") Award of Contracts ServicePower, the recognised market leader in artificial intelligence based,field service scheduling solutions and computer services, today announced theaward of three new contracts to the recently formed FSS Europe division.Following our recent trade press release regarding the appointment ofServicePower as Elesco Europe's exclusive UK service partner, we are pleased toreport the signing of our first three contracts. These contracts, subject tocurrent work volumes continuing, are expected to be worth in excess of ‚£750,000in revenue per year.Elesco Europe is a centrally co-ordinated network of independent servicecompanies providing Pan-European service solutions. The business is backed bystrong integrated IT, call centre and logistics partnerships which cut acrossEuropean borders and provides brand-neutral cover for white, grey and browngoods. The Elesco Europe proposition covers a population of 350 million andrepairs around 3.5 million products a year in 16 countries. Elesco has arapidly growing customer base which includes major manufacturers, retailers andinsurance companies.One of the new contracts is with a UK listed company that designs, markets anddistributes state-of-the-art TFT LCD screens, DVD and video systems for thein-car entertainment market. The client of Elesco Europe, which cannot be namedfor commercial reasons, is expanding quickly in Europe and requires apan-European after sales support solution. ServicePower will provide first linecustomer service and be responsible for the management and control of reverselogistics operations in the UK.
