5-Year Global Agreement with IGC

Direct Internet Retailer, International Greenhouse Company, offers Global Installation capabilities through ServicePower Technologies Plc

10 September 2009 - ServicePower Technologies Plc (SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management and the International Greenhouse Company (IGC), a provider of commercial quality horticultural products for hobby, commercial and institutional growers, are pleased to announce the signing of a 5-year global agreement, with an estimated value of $4 million dollars (U.S.), whereby ServicePower Technologies Plc will administer the provisioning of field services for IGC's line of greenhouses and residential heaters. 

IGC is dedicated to providing innovative environmental solutions that go beyond "green," while providing real economic value to its customers. IGC is taking advantage of ServicePower's recently developed product ServiceOutsourcing to offer national installation and assembly services to its customers.
