30 September 2009 - ServicePower Technologies Plc (SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Mrs. Sally Ann Gillings (nee Heath) as Finance Director with immediate effect. 

Sally has over 20 year's experience as a senior financial officer for both private and publicly-held companies, having worked for ServicePower for 8 years. Sally is currently ServicePower Company Secretary and has held the role of Group Financial Controller at ServicePower for the past five years. 

Sally, aged 52, is currently a director of Highclimb Limited. There are no other disclosures required by paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
