ServicePower Appoints ServicePower Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as Exclusive Distributor/Reseller for

Australia and New Zealand

Company established in response to growing demand for field service solutions in Australia and New Zealand

12 October 2009 - ServicePower (AIM:SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, today announces the appointment of ServicePower Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as its exclusive distributor/reseller in Australia and New Zealand in response to growing market demand in the region. 

ServicePower Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is an independently owned Australian registered company founded in 2006 by its Directors, Charles F. Short, III (Randy) and David Sanders, both of whom have strong international business credentials. ServicePower Asia Pacific has its headquarters in Sydney with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane. 

Mr. Short brings many years of "hands on" experience at a senior level to ServicePower Asia Pacific and has been a  founder of successful US, Australian, and international companies including The Sidewinder Group, now owned by Oracle, and Jack the Slasher Food Barns, a retail grocery chain, located in Queensland now owned by the Woolworths, Australia's largest supermarket group. 

Mr. Sanders is founder and Managing Director of The Bestrane Group, a company specialising in the provision of managed service solutions to the logistics, financial services and field services industries. Mr. Sanders previously held senior positions with global consulting organisations such as Deloitte Consulting, AT Kearney and Dawson Consulting.
