ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, was informed on 29 September 2014 that on 26 September 2014, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Fitzwilliam-Lay is now beneficially interested in 7,449,504 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 3.7% of the total issued share capital.
