ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, was notified on 26 May 2016 that on 20 May 2016, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 338,269 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.6 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

As a result of the Transaction, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay has an interest in 10,511,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.62% of the Company's issued share capital.
